  1. I’m on day 5 and I’m struggling with eating meat. I’m not a huge fan of meat. I can’t eat eggs and I’m a very picky eater. Are there suggestions for meat substitutes?

    • Yes, you can feel free to use any meat substitute such as tempeh, tofu, soy, etc are a meat replacement. You may also eat salmon, sole, flounder, catfish, tilapia, any flaky white fish, and/or light tuna in water. Enjoy!
